This is a MANDATORY form that must be completed at least every 2 years. This is done to protect the players and anyone else involved in youth soccer. This is a statewide program that must be completed before anyone can be involved with the program in any position, whether coach, assistant coach, referee or any other volunteer including the Board. Soccer is a mile-a-minute game of skill, passion, and stamina. Each soccer team has 11 players, so, in a game, there are 22 people on the field all trying to kick the ball into the oposition team’s goal. That’s a lot of people. What would happen if all 22 people were just running around chasing the ball?
